The room offers enough space for everything you need.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, set back so that street noise is unknown. The apartment is flooded with light.
The public transport connections are excellent.
Several bus lines, in particular the number 5 metro bus, stop virtually on the doorstep. The Hoheluftchausse subway station is also just a stone's throw away and can be reached quickly either on foot or by bus.
There are also several fitness centers and various shopping facilities within walking distance.
Parks, green spaces and running routes are also adequately available and testify to the high quality of life in the residential area.
