The public restaurant "Zierower Hof" was built, opened and successfully operated throughout 1995. The restaurant is located on the 1st floor with a large, modern, semi-glazed terrace, separate WC facilities D/H and a kitchen that was furnished by the tenant. The interior of the restaurant offers a fascinating view of the adjacent indoor riding arena.
The restaurant was open all year round and was also used for many private functions and events.
The restaurant is currently closed as the lease has been properly terminated. The operator has retired.

The restaurant is located in the tourist resort of Zierow with more than 140,000 overnight guests (as of Oct. 2024) as well as numerous day tourists from Wismar and the surrounding area. The property is located approx. 500m from the fine Baltic Sea sandy beach with playgrounds and sports fields.
Zierow with its idyllic, natural beach is located approx. 7 km west of the center of the Hanseatic city of Wismar in the Wismar Bay in the district of Northwest Mecklenburg. The busy Baltic Sea cycle path runs approx. 50 m from the property.
The distances to the nearest town centers are: Wismar: 7km | Schwerin: 35km | Rostock: 75km | Lübeck: 65km | Hamburg: 135km | Berlin: 260km. Other regions can also be reached quickly via the A14 and A20 highways.
Zierow is directly connected to Wismar's public transport system by bus.
