The interior was plastered with breathable plaster.
Seamless mineral industrial vinyl is laid throughout the house, which is still available.
The water pipes have been completely renewed and a maintenance-free and chemical-free limescale filter has been installed.
A gas connection was laid and a Viessmann heating system installed, the radiators are new and the thermostats are smart
An open real wood staircase leads from the entrance area to the converted attic, where there is a room with a dormer window and large built-in wardrobe.
2/3 of the attic is currently open, but could easily be partitioned off with a wall and door.
The 4 windows in the attic have not yet been replaced.
It is possible to install another wood-burning stove on the upper floor, so the entire house could be heated with wood.
PAX transom windows have been installed on the ground floor.
There is a completely renovated, luxurious bathroom with window, walk-in shower and whirlpool with FI plug and 3.5mm AUX. The washbasin has a Lotus coating.
