Ventilation system:
The house has a ventilation system. This extracts the indoor air from the house and releases it via the roof. It runs time-controlled in stage 1 for 20 minutes operation and 20 minutes break. Stage 2 is activated by pressing the light switches in the guest WC, upstairs bathroom and downstairs bathroom and has a run-on time of 15 minutes. The time control can be adjusted as required in the control box. However, the time settings described above are to be understood as the manufacturer's recommendation. The room air is extracted in the kitchen area, via toilet bowls in the guest toilet, in the shower area and via toilet bowls in the upstairs bathroom, in the bathtub area in the downstairs bathroom and in the stairwell. The practical air extraction system removes unpleasant odors and moisture directly at the source, so that the bathrooms get along perfectly without windows. The central position of the bathrooms results in lower heat losses in winter compared to a bathroom located on the outside wall. A window also increases heat loss. The ventilation system reduces the air pressure in the house and thus ensures an inflow of fresh air via the special ventilation elements in the windows.

The location is very central. Within walking distance are ALDI, LIDL, REWE and DM, two pharmacies, savings bank, bakery, post office, citizen services, doctors, Bauhaus.
