The apartment is scheduled for completion on 15.01.2025 and can be occupied immediately.
In addition to a spacious eat-in kitchen with exposed beams and a fully equipped kitchenette, from which you can access the terrace via the entrance staircase, there will be a generous living area. There is a separate shower, toilet, utility room and a sleeping gallery. This gallery offers plenty of space for an extra work area and retreat corners.
The living areas are heated and cooled with an air conditioning split system (heat pump). An app allows you to control the temperatures while on the move, so that you will find the desired temperature when you arrive in the apartment. The toilet/shower is equipped with a high-quality infrared heater.
The water is decalcified centrally. The costs for this are included in the all-inclusive rent, as are all other ancillary costs with the exception of electricity and the telephone and internet connection. However, electricity is expected to be available at a very reduced rate from the beginning of 2025, as a solar system will be installed. Once the system is up and running, 1200 kWh per year will be included in the all-inclusive price if you choose the house tariff charged by Enpal.
The apartment is equipped with a washing machine connection; in the future, a coin-operated washing machine and dryer will also be available for all tenants in the cellar, which is accessible from the outside, if you do not wish to install a washing machine yourself.
The flooring consists of high-quality tiles throughout.
A fiber optic connection is available in the building.

The loft apartment is equipped with a highly efficient air conditioning split system. The walls of the building are predominantly made of sandstone, which makes the indoor climate very pleasant.
Apartment 4 is currently on offer, and a further apartment (no. 3) with a balcony will also be ready for occupation shortly. A further two apartments are being built in the front building. All of them are loft apartments.
Work is currently underway on the possibility of supplying some of the apartments with solar power, which will be generated on the roof of the building. Tenants who wish to do so will be able to receive some of their electricity from the building's system if they wish.
We have taken care to retain old elements in each apartment and combine them with new ones.
There is already a fiber optic connection in the building. If desired, this can be requested by the tenant.
A bicycle shed can also be rented for exclusive use. This apartment in particular also has enough space for bicycles on the covered terrace.
