There is a cellar compartment and a deep cellar, as well as a communal laundry room with space for the washing machine.
We have put a lot of energy, time, money and love into renovating the apartments and planning the kitchens. It is therefore important to us that our future tenants appreciate the quality of the materials and fittings and treat them with care.
All 5 apartments in the building have been completely renovated and we have already been able to make a great selection for the tenants of the other 4 apartments.
