The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a partially renovated old building directly in Fürth's pedestrian zone. In the immediate vicinity there are many cafes, restaurants and bistros as well as various shopping facilities for daily needs. The main train station is approx. 3 minutes' walk away (from here to Erlangen approx. 15 minutes by S-Bahn; to Nuremberg approx. 10 minutes by U-Bahn). There are various parking garages in the immediate vicinity - free parking is a little further away due to the central location, but can still be reached on foot in a short time. Resident parking permits can be applied for.
