In the immediate vicinity there are many cafes, restaurants and bistros as well as various shopping facilities for daily needs. The main train station is approx. 3 minutes' walk away (from here to Erlangen approx. 15 minutes by S-Bahn; to Nuremberg approx. 10 minutes by U-Bahn). There are various parking garages in the immediate vicinity - free parking is a little further away due to the central location, but can still be reached on foot in a short time. Resident parking permits can be applied for.
