Villa Rosa is a modern vacation home newly built in 2012. The house stands on a plot of approx. 1200m² with 19 comfortable apartments and two stores, as well as 21 parking spaces in the building's own underground garage. The terraced plot is landscaped and includes a leisure and recreation area with a play corner and barbecue area. The house has a wellness area with sauna, steam bath and relaxation room. The floors of Villa Rosa are easily accessible by elevator. Each apartment has a storage room. The parking spaces for the apartments are located in the underground garage. The heating system and a lockable bicycle room as well as an extra room for baby carriages are also located here.
The apartment has been thoughtfully planned. It has a spacious living area, a kitchenette in a well-separated area of the living/dining room, floor-to-ceiling windows and a beautiful covered balcony. The apartment also has a storage room (4.44 m²) which is separate but on the same floor.

Villa Rosa is situated in a sunny location in the heart of Sellin, on the famous Wilhelmstrasse. The house is situated on a beautiful plot of land. Situated on a natural hill, it stands a few meters above the road and offers a wonderful view. There is a small forest to the rear.
About 250 meters from the villa is the picturesque pier and the popular main beach of the Baltic seaside resort. A large selection of restaurants, cafés and small stores offer plenty of variety. You can reach the neighboring villages, such as Binz, Baabe and Gehren on foot or by bike, or you can take the Raging Roland, which is always an experience.
The Baltic seaside resort of Sellin is located at the gateway to the Mönchgut peninsula, the most beautiful region of Rügen with the biosphere reserve and the Bodden landscape - a pure paradise, especially for cyclists.
