Available at short notice! We are offering you a great, sunny apartment (completely south-facing) for rent. Second occupancy after renovation! The furniture (e.g. bed, sofa, wardrobe, etc.) as well as the fitted kitchen are almost new and included in the rent! No purchase/acceptance is necessary! We rent from private individuals. Renting to companies is not a problem.
We have furnished this apartment to a high standard for a long-term rental with a lot of love. Therefore, the minimum rental period is 12 months. You are welcome to stay longer! You could move into the apartment immediately and feel right at home. (Minimum rental period 6 months would be +200€ monthly rent - but also possible)
All information to the best of our knowledge, errors excepted. The viewing and final rental contract are binding.
The rent is 750,-€ incl. furnishing surcharge. The additional costs will not be charged, but will be settled at a flat rate of 149,-€. Plus 60,-€ for internet (on request).
This service charge of €149 includes property tax, water (fresh water, waste water, rainwater), building insurance, landlord's liability insurance, glass breakage insurance, household contents insurance, general electricity, street cleaning, refuse collection, janitor, stairwell cleaning, heating.
Total warm rent: € 899 (+ possibly € 60 internet = € 959).
The deposit is 3 cold rents: 3 x 750 Euro = 2.250,-€.
You are responsible for the electricity contract.
