Building plots in the "Haid" development area in Aspertshofen / Municipality of Kirchensittenbach

The municipality of Kirchensittenbach developed the Haid construction area in 2023 and is now offering the plots for sale.
The development area is located in the north-eastern part of Aspertshofen on the municipal road to Stöppach. The marked plots have already been sold. The available plots range in size from 517 to 637 m² and can be built on immediately. The plot price is €280/m² including development costs and production contributions. The plots have a fiber optic connection and the sewage system is separate. The building regulations are based on the legally valid "Haid" development plan with green space plan (see link below).

The municipality of Kirchensittenbach is a 44 square kilometer municipality with around 2,200 inhabitants spread over 21 districts in a scenic location in the Franconian Alps. Rustic village inns, traditional country inns and modern conference hotels offer guests a warm welcome.

It is the most sparsely populated municipality in the district of Nürnberger Land, without industry but with numerous craft businesses. The Sittenbachtal is a very green, rural valley. Typical hop houses give the villages a pretty appearance and bear witness to the fact that hops used to be cultivated here. The municipality is a year-round destination for those seeking relaxation, in summer for day trippers, hikers and mountain bikers and in winter for skiers and cross-country skiers. Old-established restaurants and hotels invite you to stop for a bite to eat.

The cultural offerings range from the traditional church fair (Kirwa) and village festivals to music events, vernissages and exhibitions by well-known artists. Particularly worth seeing are Hohenstein Castle, situated 634 m above sea level, whose history dates back to the 11th century with its herb and medicinal plant garden, and the lovingly restored Tetzel Castle, which dates back to the 16th century and opens its doors for cultural events (such as the summer cinema) and private celebrations.

The varied landscape can be enjoyed on extensive hiking trails and walking routes. In winter, Hohenstein offers fun for the whole family with its ski and toboggan run and two drag lifts.

The most famous place in the municipality is Hohenstein. At the highest inhabited point in Central Franconia, the castle towers 634 m above the Franconian-Upper Palatinate Jura mountains. The history of Hohenstein Castle dates back to the 11th century.

In the main town of Kirchensittenbach, the "Tetzel Castle", the "Frühmesserhaus" and the "St. Bartholomew's Church" characterize the town center.
