The apartment is located on the second floor of a very nice art nouveau apartment building in a quiet and pleasant residential area and impresses with very nice bright rooms. It is suitable for medium-term business-related stays (commuting) in Erfurt.
The apartment is offered for use by two people for a monthly flat-rate rent of EUR 1,600. The flat-rate rent includes Wi-Fi, electricity and water. There is also a monthly heating surcharge of EUR 200.
The minimum rental period is two months; depending on the rental period, a deposit of at least one month's rent is required. A final cleaning fee of EUR 200 is payable on moving out.
The apartment is available from December 15, 2024 and can be used as a couple/family or in shared apartment form due to the two bedrooms. Pets can also move in by arrangement.
