This 1-room apartment, which is also used as a vacation apartment, has a fully equipped kitchenette including a small dishwasher and electric oven/microwave combination, bunk bed, sofa that can be pulled out as a sofa bed, large dining table and small reading corner and is well suited for people who are temporarily looking for affordable yet quiet and beautifully located accommodation in the Black Forest.

Modern infrared heating also in the bathroom, which is equipped with a shower. Table tennis room in the basement and shared use of communal sauna possible. Small outdoor area with sunbathing lawn also available.

The apartment also has a parking space, which you have to clear yourself in winter.

The service charge does not include electricity costs for heating and hot water. These are billed separately according to actual consumption. Additional advance payment for this: EUR 90

Hofsgrund belongs to the Black Forest municipality of Oberried. The apartment is about a 30-minute drive from Freiburg and is also easily accessible by bus from the train station in Oberried.
From the window you have a picturesque view of the Schauinsland hill.

A village inn with a regional menu is a 5-minute walk away. The village bakery, which also offers other groceries and fruit/vegetables for daily needs, is about a 10-minute walk away.
For larger purchases, Oberried or Todnau, both approx. 20 minutes away by car, are recommended.
