As the current tenants are swapping apartments and will be living one deck down, our apartment on the 1st floor will be available on 1.1024.
The 3-room apartment is very bright and offers space for 2 people plus 1-2 children.
The apartment is in a very good and freshly renovated condition. As is the fitted kitchen.
The special feature of this apartment is the small bar where you can have a coffee in the morning.
The front garden invites you to linger. There is a swing on it.

I would like to emphasize again that the apartment was completely renovated about 2 months ago and is in very good condition (!).

Kochendorf is located just a few kilometers from Eckernförde. This means that all the necessary infrastructure facilities are within easy reach.
The house itself is located in a very quiet side street. Therefore, car traffic and street noise are not an issue.
