The idyllic Franconian vacation farmhouse has been lovingly renovated and furnished. It has a cozy parlor with tiled stove, next to it is the nostalgic kitchen with dishwasher. 5 separate bedrooms and a sleeping loft with double bed, 4 bathrooms with shower, one of which has a nostalgic bathtub. Up to 16 people can eat together in the large barn living room with kitchenette.

The vacation home is heated with gas, which was renewed in 2011. In addition to the radiators, underfloor heating is installed in the eat-in kitchen. In addition to the radiators, the wood-burning stove in the cozy living room ensures a cozy atmosphere.

Due to the listed building status, special rules apply to the regulations of the GEG (formerly EnEV). Among other things, the law does not require an energy performance certificate for listed buildings.

The village of Haundorf, 50 km south of Nuremberg, is idyllically nestled between meadows, forests, ravines and ponds in the Franconian Lake District between Altmühlsee and Brombachsee. The village is ideal for quiet forest walks, hikes and cycling tours.

The distance to the Altmühlsee is approx. 5 km, to the Brombachsee approx. 8 km. At the lakes there are sandy beaches, beautiful playgrounds and cycle paths that lead around the lakes. You can also go sailing, surfing, kiting, pedal boating, SUP, water skiing, wakeboarding and much more. Pirate and ghost trips for children can be booked on the Altmühlsee. On the large Brombachsee, the trimaran sails with gastronomy. Gunzenhausen is 8 km away and offers many shopping opportunities, as well as a heated outdoor pool and indoor pool with sauna village.
