Property on the Bodden

In 2019, I had the opportunity to build 3 houses, each with 10 apartments, based on an approved preliminary building application. The houses were each to have 3 floors + penthouse and southwest-facing balconies. All houses were to be equipped with heat pumps from Ochsner. Elevator in the house, parking under the house. In 2001, the possibility of adding 1.5 storeys was approved in a preliminary building application, subject to a structural analysis. In 2010, an infrastructure project south of the Rügendamm bridge was planned as a marina with 350 boat moorings in front of and on my property. The harbor project is being considered in B-Plan 9. In the last 3 years, two manufacturers of floating houses have asked whether they can build a kind of vacation park on the water with my administration.
