NEW BUILD: 2-room apartments with south-facing balcony for rent (WHG 21)

An apartment building with a total of 24 apartments including an underground garage was completed at Leitzachstr. 78, the majority of which are rental apartments. This is the first time a new building has been occupied.

The residential complex was built as a KFW EE efficiency house. The apartment building is connected to the district heating system of the city of Rosenheim.

There is a central heating system. The living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens and bathrooms are heated by underfloor heating.

All apartments are accessible via an elevator, some of the apartments are barrier-free in accordance with Art. 48 BayBO.

Each apartment has a separate and lockable cellar compartment. There is also a separate bicycle cellar for communal use.

Pets are not allowed.

The city of Rosenheim is an important transportation hub between Munich (approx. 60 km), Salzburg (approx. 80 km) and Innsbruck (approx. 110 km) as well as the Brenner Pass to Italy (approx. 130 km).

The residential complex is located in the district of Happing. The highway entrance is approx. 4 km away. Rosenheim city center and the train station can be reached quickly by car in 5-10 minutes.

In the immediate vicinity there are stores for everyday needs, a pharmacy, an elementary school, a kindergarten, public playgrounds and a gym.

Happing offers popular recreational areas such as the Happinger See, the Happingerausee and the Floriansee.
