The house has been extensively renovated and refurbished by us in coordination with the monument protection authorities and is in a very well-kept condition.

Information on equipment
One of the two previous co-owners is a building contractor. The house is close to the hearts of the two previous sole owners, the condition of the entire property is very well maintained, as we have invested a lot in the renovation and maintenance, as well as the reconstruction of the coach house and a conservatory in the courtyard, over the last 10-12 years. The entire property was only divided into individual condominiums in spring 2024 and some of the individual apartments have since been sold (some to previous tenants).
It may be possible to convert the apartment on offer here by integrating the kitchen into a living room. In this case, the existing kitchen room could be converted into a further children's/bedroom.
