Location:
The large shopping center "HansaCarre" can be reached on foot in about 3 minutes.
The stops for the streetcar lines 2 and 10 are just around the corner, the 3 stops one parallel street further on; from here it takes 8 minutes by train to Sielwall (quarter), 15 minutes to the main station and the city center and about 20 minutes to the university or the college.

Lidl, Penny, Aldi and Rewe are within easy walking distance.
The Weser and the Hastedter Osterdeich are about 3-5 minutes away by bike. You can play frisbee or soccer there, have a picnic or simply lie in the sun in summer.

Bremen - Hastedt:

The property is centrally located in Hastedt. Sebaldsbrück train station is approx. 5 minutes' walk away and therefore offers optimal public transport connections.

Streetcar lines 2, 3 and 10 as well as bus lines 21, 40, 41, 42, 730, 740 are also within a 5-minute walk. The proximity to the Hemelingen highway feeder road, and consequently also to the A1, the Hastedter Osterdeich and Hastedter Heerstraße, provides easy access for cars. The train station and the city center can be reached in just 15 minutes by car.

The Hansa-Carré with its wide range of stores for daily needs and restaurants is just a 5-minute walk away, as is a fitness studio. Hastedter Park am Weserwehr with its adjoining nature reserve "Neue Weser" is just a 5-minute walk away.
