The apartment is in a very idyllic location in the Gartenberg district, right on the edge of the Isar floodplain forest.
Just cross the road and the beautiful woodland in the nature reserve begins. And a few meters further on you are on the Isar with little hustle and bustle and an absolute dream backdrop.
The forest playground and the Isardamm school and kindergarten are just down the road.
Geretsried offers an optimal supply - a few minutes' walk and you are at the first grocery store (Penny). A little further on there is a large Kaufland or in the town center a new ALDI, Rossmann and EDEKA. The city center can be easily reached on foot or by car directly to a new TG.
The autobahn is only a few kilometers (10 minutes) away, and you have a quick connection to Munich (30 minutes) or to the mountains in Garmisch-Partenkirchen (45 minutes).
Several bus lines, which are within walking distance, also go to the Wolfratshausen S-Bahn station and you can travel to Munich by public transport.
A high recreational value, a very nice infrastructure and the good transport connections make the town of Geretsried, with currently approx. 25,000 inhabitants, increasingly popular.
