270 m² living space on 888 m² plot in 31832 Bennigsen

Purchase price: Due to necessary renovation work and the separation of rainwater and wastewater on the property required by the city of Springe, the purchase price was reduced to € 275,000.

The single-family house built in 1927 (first construction phase) was extended in subsequent years by a second construction phase. (Clearly visible in pictures). The interior and exterior were renovated in 2000: new roof, new façade with insulation and white plaster, open living area through room conversion. A later flat roof extension (third construction phase) offered the possibility of commercial use, but has been used as an apartment until now.

In 2004, the heating was replaced by a modern condensing boiler and the pipes were renewed.
