The spacious apartment has a bright living/dining area with south-west orientation and a covered balcony. The fitted kitchen is conveniently equipped with a door. The interior bathroom has a bathtub and a separate shower. A guest WC is located directly next to the bathroom.
The garage belonging to the apartment and a bicycle room are located in the sheltered entrance area of the house. On the same level there is a laundry room and the cellar room (pictures will be provided on request). The janitor service is also directly in the house.
