A 3-room apartment in Ströbeck freshly renovated

A pet- and smoke-free apartment on the upper floor of a two-family house has been completely renovated. The layout of the apartment was designed so that all rooms are directly accessible from the hallway. On entering the apartment via the hallway, the light-flooded kitchen immediately catches the eye on the left. Next to it is the spacious living room. Further to the south, facing away from the street, are the bedroom and children's room. The bathroom, storage room and the entrance to the staircase are on the street side.

The building is set back on the main road, not far from the bus stop, the historic village center, the fire department, the restaurant and the supermarket.
Ströbeck itself is a district of the county town of Halberstadt and is easily accessible by bus via the city line.
The village is world-famous for the game of chess and is also known as the
Chess Village Ströbeck. Signs of this tradition can be found all over the village, with chess boards on the walls of many houses. It is not only the existing infrastructure that makes the village so liveable, it is the people with their activities and their amiable nature that make Ströbeck so unique.
