The rent includes the costs for internet and water usage, the consumption for gas and electricity is recorded separately and billed according to the current costs.

Location and infrastructure

The property is quiet and a little hidden but very close to the center of Speyer's old town. The cathedral and Maximilianstrasse are just a few minutes' walk away.
Hagedorngasse is a small side street which, as a one-way street, can only be reached directly via Johannesstrasse, which means that there is almost only resident traffic here.

The directly adjacent Sparkasse parking lot (subject to charges) can be easily reached via Wormserstrasse or Johannesstrasse (available 24 hours a day all week, including Sundays and public holidays)
