The property was solidly founded in 1845, solidly built, properly considered and constantly refurbished and renovated in recent years. This is how it became what we find today, a paradise for those seeking peace and quiet.
When we enter the house through the main entrance, we find ourselves in a small hallway, from which a staircase leads to the attic and we have access to the spacious living room on the first floor as well as a small office. Furthermore, on this floor we find a guest room, a bedroom, the cozy eat-in kitchen as well as a utility room and the bathroom. On the top floor of the house there are another two beautiful rooms with a fantastic view of the property and the forest. The total living space is around 170 square meters.
All the walls in the house are plastered, painted or wallpapered. The flooring consists of planks and tiles.
The drinking water supply is provided by a well. The domestic water supply is located in the basement of the house.
The house is heated with liquid gas (tank on the property), the gas boiler was installed in 2014. On cold autumn days you can still use the old tiled stoves, cozy warmth in a cozy atmosphere is guaranteed here.

The house is in the middle of the forest and the nearest neighbor is 2 km away. You really have peace and quiet here. Nevertheless, you are well connected. The center of Berlin is less than 1.5 hours away by car. It's just as quick by train. The train station is 5 minutes away by car and 15 minutes by bike. From there, the regional express train takes less than an hour to the main station in Berlin. The nearest shopping facilities in Fürstenberg (Edeka, Toom, and Aldi) can be reached by car in 10 minutes.
