On a fantastic plot (615 m²) with an unobstructed view over meadows and fields, we had the house built individually for us in 2009 according to our ideas. The focus was on maximum comfort and efficiency as well as exceptional architecture. Now we would like to look for something smaller in our old age and are offering the house for sale free of commission.
With an eccentric ridge, trailing roof area and living area (partially) open to the roof as well as a large (south-facing) window front, the house stands out pleasantly from standard detached houses. Of the 186 square meters of living space, 112 m² is located on the first floor (living and dining area, kitchen, bedroom, study, hallway, bathroom and guest WC) and 33 m² on the upper floor (children's room with balcony and hallway). A further 33 m², which is currently available as a storage room, can still be converted on the upper floor (preparation for underfloor heating). At the height of summer, electric shutters and underfloor cooling ensure a consistently pleasant indoor climate. From the balcony on the upper floor, you can enjoy the view over meadows and fields.
