Wendstraße 39 B, 23774 Heiligenhafen – Schleswig-HolsteinThe as-new condominium was used exclusively as a vacation home and only for a few weeks a year by the owner couple themselves.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and can be reached barrier-free by elevator from Wendstraße as well as from Thulboden via the beautifully landscaped outdoor area.
It was planned from two combined residential units of 63+42m² in such a way that they can be separated at any time, or two additional bedrooms are also possible. If required, floor plan proposals can be submitted.
The originally planned partition wall (===) in the current bedroom was dispensed with at the time, but can be retrofitted free of charge on request.
A floor-to-ceiling sliding glass door separates the living area from the adjoining rooms if required.
The spacious dining area is located in the middle of the open-plan living area, with access to a sunny balcony on both sides. All rooms have large concrete-grey tiled flooring and underfloor heating as well as a slightly suspended ceiling with LED spotlights.
All windows are floor-to-ceiling with triple glazing and have slatted curtains on the inside and are also equipped with sun blinds and wind monitors on the outside facing the street.
The modern interior doors have white wooden frames, both single-storey doors are fitted with triple locking and an additional cross bolt.
The bathroom with floor-to-ceiling window is generously sized with a washing machine and dryer, the floor-level shower measures 1.2 m x 1.0 m.
A modern washbasin system with plenty of storage compartments and grab rails on the WC and bidet are part of the practical fittings. A shower toilet is installed in the guest WC.
The underground garage level contains the house connection and cellar rooms as well as the garbage room and bicycle cellar. The parking space has a 220V connection.
