Long-term and structured work is being carried out on the very charming and special brick building with many expressionist details, which will lead to high-quality preservation and an increase in value. This is the reason for the currently high allocation to the maintenance reserve (€321 of the €627 house money is (special) reserve, €171 of the house money is heating costs). The renovation of the roofs and facades has already been completed. The renewal of the building services (water/electricity/district heating) has been largely completed and the stairwells will be renovated soon. The reserve payment will be greatly reduced again after the end of the renovations (approx. 2027).
