Small office or store in Greizer city center!

This small commercial unit on the first floor was previously used as a tailor's shop, which is being given up for reasons of age. However, it could also be a small store or a small office. A WC is available. There are two short-term parking spaces opposite.

In 2021, the unit was completely renovated, new flooring was installed, the lighting was renewed and a WC was installed. The heating system was also renewed (condensing boiler technology, not yet included in the energy price)

In addition to one of the most important event venues in the region, the "Vogtlandhalle Greiz", you will also find several museums, an ice rink, cinema, outdoor and indoor swimming pools, library and churches of various religions - all of which can be found here.
Even though this Vogtland pearl is not located directly on a highway, it is crossed by two main roads and lies in the triangle of three highways (A 9, A 72 and A 4), which are easy to reach.
