The house was built in 1957 as a village school. It has been beautifully restored in recent years and the charm of this listed building has been preserved. There is a lot of space and the outside areas are more than generous. There is room for everyone:

The villa is located on the outskirts of Dolgen, the bathing lake is only a 10-minute walk away. There you have the lake almost all to yourself. It feels like you're already in Scandinavia.
Feldberg is 10 minutes away by car and 25 minutes by bike. There you will find all the shops and everything else you need for your daily needs.
In the other direction, you can drive straight into the Müritz National Park and reach Neustrelitz in about 25 minutes by car. There you have a connection to the long-distance train network and thus to Berlin. The train to the center of Berlin takes 1 hour 15.
By car it is a little less than 2 hours from the house to Berlin.
