The house was completed in 2015.
The apartment consists of a bedroom, bathroom and open-plan living room with kitchen, as well as a storage room.
All rooms are barrier-free and age-appropriate, there are no doorsteps or a threshold into the shower.

From personal experience, I can assure you that you can easily get into the house with a wheelchair, can move around the apartment without any problems and can also use the elevator to get to the basement and the underground car park without any barriers.

All windows are floor-to-ceiling. Both the bedroom and living room have doors to the garden (lockable). The floor-to-ceiling double doors in the living room with a view of the cozy garden make you forget that you live in the city.

Due to its location in the "Mitte" district, everything you need for daily life is within walking distance. In addition to pharmacies, doctors and supermarkets, there are also schools and kindergartens nearby. And if you do need to use public transport, the nearest streetcar and bus stop is just 180m away.

And if you do want some peace and quiet and nature, the Lichtwiesen are just 750 meters away for a walk.
