Residual farm / farm ensemble with lots of potential

It is a large farmhouse with an extension, barn, pigsty, cowshed and two paddocks. The farmhouse was rebuilt in 1856 after a major fire. There are no records of this, as there was no building authority at the time. The large shed was destroyed by an aerial bomb in 1945 and rebuilt in 1951. There are documents about this. The same applies to the pigsty built in 1971. The old people's house on the property was sold to the long-term tenants. There is a right of way and pipeline here.

The farm ensemble is located in the center of Bark in a quiet location. It offers a lot of potential for animal owners, mechanics or businesses. A preliminary building application for the extension of the main house and the cowshed has been submitted to the building authority, but has not yet been finalized.
