You can park in the parking space in front of the house and reach the 1st floor via the elevator or the stairs.

There is a large built-in wardrobe in the hallway of the apartment. You can store a lot of things here. From the hallway you enter the new shower room on the right. Wellness shower, wall-hung WC, modern tiles and a towel radiator.

The living/dining area is fitted with modern designer vinyl flooring, the walls are smoothly filled and painted cream. There is plenty of space in the dining area to enjoy meals or work from home.

The kitchen is small but functional and offers everything you need.

There is a large Hülsta living area in the living room. The living area is extendable. The SMART TV receives the program via WLAN.

In the bedroom you will find a beautiful 160cm x 200cm bed and a closet (not in the pictures).

Laboe is a very beautiful place on the Baltic Sea. Local amenities are within walking distance or can be reached by bus. The sandy beach is 140m away. It doesn't get much closer than this.

Although Laboe is a vacation resort, it is nowhere near as crowded as Schilksee or Strande.
