This vacation apartment, furnished with great attention to detail, is located directly behind the dyke to the promenade with its many small stores and restaurants.

You can enjoy a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea not only from the kitchenette and at breakfast, but also when you are sitting on the sofa with a good book in your hand. Even when it rains, you can enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air and the wonderful view from the sheltered covered balcony.

Our small apartment can also be used by 3 or 4 people as it has two separate fold-out cupboard beds. This wall unit also offers many storage options. The living room can be darkened and the windows protected in winter thanks to the electrically operated roller shutters.

The small residential complex, 3 floors high, consists of a total of 14 residential units, which were built in 1980 using conventional construction methods.

There is of course a private parking space on the property.

In the basement there is a washing machine and dryer as well as a table tennis room. There is also storage space for bicycles in the basement.

The close location to the sea (sea view / sea noise), the complete, loving furnishings, the covered balcony, the beautifully landscaped grounds and the, popular with many guests, short distances to the beach promenade and the bakery as well as to the dog beach, distinguishes our very nice apartment.

New heating system 2021 (gas). Energy certificate is requested.
Since our Whg. is located in the center of the house, also protected by the staircase,
the energy consumption costs are low.

The property is located in Dahme. There are several restaurants, cafés, bakeries, two supermarkets and a doctor within walking distance of the property. A few fashion stores, green areas and parks, a gym, several small locations to enjoy a cocktail are also nearby. But even if you want to enjoy some solitude, there are many quiet spots to the north or south.

DAHME has developed into one of the most popular vacation resorts on the Baltic coast. In summer, the calendar of events and the many small stores invite you to experience, eat and store on the promenade and in winter, the miles of sandy beach offer space for long walks.
You can quickly reach Kellenhusen by bike or head north along small paths surrounded by nature to Heiligenhafen.
