This is part of the successful concept: The customer can move through the building without barriers and discover thematically matching products; however, behind each product category is a respective specialist company that specializes in it. Here you have the opportunity to secure a space surrounded by high-quality products and long-standing companies.

The roof terrace is located on the south side, as is the window front, which allows light to enter. The installation of walls, sanitary facilities etc. is possible by arrangement.

There are 6 established companies in the same building, including those for conservatories, front doors, windows, awnings and garden furniture. All companies sell high-quality products to an upmarket clientele.
