The property is located in the west of the city in a former industrial area. It is connected to the B 5 and B 87 via the Birnbaumsmühle. Access to the industrial estate is via the street "An den Seefichten". In the "Seefichten" industrial estate, the valuation property can be reached via Schubertstrasse and Grubenstrasse. Schubertstraße has a western connection to the B 112 bypass. Grubenstraße leads to the Seefichten landfill site.
