The apartment on the upper floor impresses with its brightness, I think the pictures speak for themselves. The distant view of the Swabian Alb is particularly special.
The tiled stove is still there and can be put back into operation with a new insert. It is then advisable to turn the middle room back into a cozy living room. The attic belongs to the upper floor, as it is only accessible via the staircase in front of the toilet. There is also the right-hand parking space and a few square meters in the basement. The remaining rights of use are regulated more precisely in the declaration of division. The apartment was completely renovated in 2008. The upper apartment has also been rented out in the meantime. Separate connections and meters are available.
The highlight of the ground floor apartment is the huge living room with the sunken seating area, the sandstone fireplace and the large thermo glass sliding door that opens up the view to the barbecue terrace and the garden.
The terrace to the rear and the balcony at the front are currently only used for drying laundry.
The rest of the property belongs to the first floor. The layout is approximately 3:1.

Location
Dörnach is a very quiet part of Pliezhausen. The kindergarten is around the corner and the elementary school is about 1 km away. There is a community school in the main town.
The local bus connects our community with the surrounding area. The connecting roads take you quickly to the Neckar valley and Metzingen. Thanks to its proximity to the B27, you can quickly reach Reutlingen, Tübingen or Stuttgart.
Dörnach itself has no shopping facilities, but the nearest discount stores are in the immediate vicinity, less than 2 km away. There are also plenty of general practitioners and dentists in the area. Good bakeries, butchers and farm stores provide food from the region. The meadows and forests are perfect for exploring. You can quickly go hiking in the Swabian Alb or explore the Neckar valley from Nürtingen to Rottenburg by bike.
The nearby Schönbuch is a wonderful place to go for a walk and admire nature, and there are also plenty of trails for bikers.

1979 Living space extension to the first floor apartment (extension). In the course of this, partial underfloor heating was added to the ground floor apartment.
1996 Replacement of the old heating system with a condensing boiler, 800 l buffer tank and 300 l domestic hot water boiler. Since then, solar thermal energy has ensured that heating oil has not been needed for almost half a year.
In 2006, the property was divided and in the course of this, the upper floor apartment was completely renovated in 2008 according to the state of the art at the time.
