There is no garden, the house has 2 terraces with an unobstructed view of the sea, as can be seen in the photos. The palm tree and the oleander and the roses are supplied with water by an irrigation system.
The house was completely renovated and refurnished inside in 2020.

The house is in a fantastic location in the mountains in a small village with a taverna. The view of the Gulf of Corinth from the terrace is unobstructed.
The town of Aigio and the beach are approx. 10 km away.
Aigio has a complete infrastructure with supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, doctors, hospital etc.
Patras with ferry port is 40 km to the west with highway access to Aigio.
Athens can be reached in approx. 2 hours, also by highway.

There is a special advantage on the beaches:

It has free shade parking right on the beach.
Sun loungers are free of charge at the bars and swimming is generally free outside.
