Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a bathroom with a large bathtub set into the floor and a shower cubicle.
Several walls have been removed from the basement, creating a U-shaped connection between the living room, dining room and kitchen around the hallway.
The country-style kitchen with oak worktops, a gas hob and a Miele dishwasher is also part of the sale.
