I am selling my detached single-family house in beautiful Bestwig-Nuttlar due to an inheritance from the family. The house is located in a very quiet cul-de-sac.
The house has been extensively renovated over the last 5 years with a lot of love and money.
The house is currently occupied as a detached house, with the option of dividing it into three apartments. The pipes for this have been prepared and only need to be connected.
We bought the house and have since renovated and embellished almost every room.
The following renovations were carried out throughout the house:
-Renewed all the electrical wiring including the electrical box

-Uniform laminate flooring has been laid throughout on all three floors
-Vinyl was laid in both bathrooms, the vestibule and the kitchen

The extension, approx. 1/3 of the house, was built in 1960.
As you can see, a lot of love and money has been invested in the house. We are only selling it because we have inherited another house.
