Weekend house with plot on the Baltic Sea

Original Swedish house in a very quiet residential area for vacation and relaxation on an ingrown plot (428 m²). The house is surrounded by hedges and a fence and the plot has been planted over the years. It is only about 400 m from the house to the Baltic Sea beach. The ideal base for a spontaneous dip in the Baltic Sea on foot or by bike with a towel over your shoulder if the mood takes you. The bright living room leads out onto the covered, south-facing terrace, which is sheltered from the wind. The living room is connected to the central open kitchen with dining area. There are two bedrooms, each with built-in wardrobes for storing clothes. The modern, tiled shower room leads off the hallway. Underfloor heating and a connection for wall radiators have already been provided for possible future installation of gas heating. A storage room with washing machine connection and shut-off for outside water tap is accessible from the outside. All windows have blinds. The blinds for the terrace can be operated electrically. There is also a shed on the property for bicycles, garden tools, toys, etc. The house is fully usable even in the colder months of the year due to the existing thermal insulation. Nevertheless, it cannot be used as a primary residence.

The recreation area borders directly on the Baltic Sea coast. There is a bathing beach, restaurants and a kiosk. Shopping facilities are available in the village, approx. 2 km away, and in the towns of Schönberg and Lütjenburg (approx. 10 min. by car). A cycle path leads along the coast through salt marshes and across fields. A variety of excursions, e.g. to Schönberg, Panker Castle or Selenter See, can be started from here.
