The western half has no ground floor apartment, therefore only approx. 120 sqm living space/ plus 60 sqm net living space and is somewhat quieter. The eastern half is much more valuable as it has a basement with living space (i.e. 2nd apartments). The official 180 sqm of living space is closer to the street, which can also be taken into account in the design. In principle, I don't care which half I keep myself. Both halves are suitable/feasible.
Please no finance brokers and/or estate agents/other percentage hunters.
