Office/practice space directly on the town square

The current first floor space on the town square will be divided into several small or one large high-quality unit in the rear store area. These can be used as offices, treatment rooms, surgeries, etc..
Small units with areas of approx. 20 sqm are planned. However, larger units of 45 sqm or the entire unit of approx. 150 sqm are also possible. The areas could be used by one user or as a "co-working space", as they will be equipped with a shared kitchenette and a meeting room. The larger the rented space, the lower the QM price.
The visualizations show possible fit-out concepts that are currently geared towards office use. However, a hairdresser, doctor or any type of service is also possible.
The rental conditions for these spaces can be negotiated according to the individual requirements (structural nature) of your company. This applies to the size, equipment and term of the rental agreement.
