Kindergarten, nursery and elementary school are close to the apartment. Shopping facilities can be reached on foot in the center of Birkach in approx. 5 to 10 minutes. The shopping center in Asemwald can be reached by bike in 5 minutes or on foot in 10 minutes.
The apartment is very conveniently located, the highway and airport (trade fair) can be reached in approx. 10 minutes. The connection to public transportation is very good. There are two bus stops about 150 meters away: Bus routes 65, 70, 71, 74 and 76 provide connections to the subway lines in Degerloch, Ruhbank (TV tower) and Plieningen. Bus 65 goes to the airport and exhibition grounds. There are connections to the S-Bahn and the planned long-distance train station.
The University of Hohenheim can be reached by bike in 10 minutes, after four stops you can reach the campus by bus.
Just a few steps and you are on the Birkacher Feld. After about 5 minutes on foot you reach the forest, which stretches as far as Degerloch. The Birkach youth farm is about a 10-minute walk away.
