Things to know about Alperstedt
The property is situated in a wonderfully quiet location on the outskirts of the idyllic village of Alperstedt. Alperstedt itself has around 700 inhabitants.
The village is known regionally for the "Lago di Alpi" or Lake Alperstedt. This is the largest of the "Erfurt Lakes" and a well-known and popular recreational destination for many Erfurt residents. Whether swimming, stand-up paddling, camping, "glamping", restaurant visits, beach lounges, concerts and much more. There is a lot on offer here. The lake can be reached from the property in just 5 minutes by car or bike.
