It is being sold from private to private and there are no estate agent fees.

The other advantages and refinements that this house undoubtedly has can certainly be explained in great detail. But I don't want to do that because there are things that cannot be discussed on the Internet.

The property is located in Eberswalde. There are bus routes 864 and 915 in the immediate vicinity of the property and there are several shopping facilities, schools and kindergartens nearby.
