Unfortunately, we have to sell our parents' house now that our mother has passed away. This house was accompanied by my uncle, who had a well-known construction company. My father, himself a tiler, carried out all the work. Even back then, the house was built to a very high standard. It is in a very well-kept condition. It would be perfectly possible to turn it into a multi-generational house or to add a granny apartment.
Location
The house is in a rural location, has a very spacious plot and plenty of room to relax. Schools, kindergartens, shopping facilities and doctors can be found in neighboring Trittau or in Schwarzenbek. We ourselves worked in Hamburg and therefore liked to use Öjendorf for shopping. There is a bus to Hamburg about 2 km away. There is also the highway exit Talkau, from there you can be in Hamburg in 20 minutes. Despite its rural location right on the outskirts of Hamburg.
