Fantastic detached house with a unique view into the distance. You can clearly see that the builder was a professional. The rooms have all been generously thought out. On the first floor there is the kitchen, the pantry, the bedroom, a large living room with fireplace, a hidden checkroom, a full bathroom and a guest WC. The upper floor has two converted rooms and a shower room. Two further rooms could be prepared for conversion. The basement can be accessed from inside or via an external staircase and has a boiler room, a kitchen, a party room with bar and a storage room. The entire house, including the cellar, is tiled and has underfloor heating. The oil heating was renewed in 2010. There is a spacious double garage with adjoining workshop on the property, as well as a small, brick-built garden shed with an outdoor fireplace.

The house is in a rural location, has a very spacious plot and plenty of room to relax. Schools, kindergartens, shopping facilities and doctors can be found in neighboring Trittau or in Schwarzenbek. We ourselves worked in Hamburg and therefore liked to use Öjendorf for shopping. There is a bus to Hamburg about 2 km away. There is also the highway exit Talkau, from there you can be in Hamburg in 20 minutes. Despite its rural location right on the outskirts of Hamburg.
