Nice room in a shared flat with four people

We are looking for a new tenant for a 13m² room in an 89m² student flat share currently consisting of two women!

We have the luxury of two washbasins, underfloor heating and our own washing machine in our shared flat.
The rent is 280 Euro + 40€ service charges.
Wifi and GEZ fees are paid separately.

The location is ideal for students. There is a Rewe and Aldi supermarket and other stores right on the doorstep. The city/train station is about a 10-minute walk away. The main building of the university is about 15 minutes by bike.
Balcony and good parking facilities available.

Your future flatmates are Eileen (24) and Anna Lena (25). Eileen is studying for a Master's degree in German and subject teaching and Anna Lena is studying for a Bachelor's degree in English and music. Eileen is very active in sports and enjoys going to the gym. Anna Lena enjoys playing the piano and video games.

Anna Lena likes to go home for the weekend, while Eileen uses the room as her main residence.
