We have been living in a newly built dream apartment with high-quality furnishings for about 1.5 years (since January 2023). It is barrier-free accessible and has an elevator with garage. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a small room (approx. 4 sqm) with window which can be used as a utility room or office. The picture of the floor plan is not completely up-to-date, as we changed various things in the floor plan during construction (including making the utility room larger and enlarging the living room). A new floor plan is also attached.
