The detached house (semi-detached) is an architect-designed house built in 1980 in solid construction. It is located in a sought-after residential area with a view of the castle, right on the edge of the forest and only a few minutes' walk to the hospital.
It is surrounded by a beautiful, large garden, which also offers plenty of space for children to play.
The house was extended in 1997 by building an extension on top of the flat-roofed double garage, adding a light-flooded spacious studio and a bathroom with walk-in shower to the existing living space. The studio is tiled and has underfloor heating.
