We are looking for committed tenants or operators for the restaurant in the sports and leisure park!
Our modern restaurant in the sports and leisure park is available for lease or operation and offers a unique opportunity to run a versatile gastronomic establishment. The location in the park guarantees a high visitor frequency and offers both sports and leisure-oriented guests a first-class place to go for culinary delights.

What we offer:

Our ideas for the use of the kitchen:

-Our park is open from Thursday to Sunday from 12 noon to 6 pm. During this time, you cook the food and serve the guests at cost price instead of paying a rent. This means that you will be reimbursed for the cost of the food, while the profit remains with us as compensation for the lease.

- Before 12 noon: You can use the kitchen for your own business ideas, for example for a breakfast brunch.

- After 6 p.m.: you can use the kitchen again for your business - be it for birthday parties, bowling evenings, catering for visitors in the wellness area or other events and functions.

- During the entire opening hours from 12 noon to 6 p.m.: you can also deliver food off-site or take advantage of other additional business opportunities.

- Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday: On these days you can use the kitchen around the clock.

We are looking for experienced tenants or operators who:

- Gastronomic expertise: have extensive experience in gastronomy and are able to offer a creative and attractive menu.

- Entrepreneurial thinking: Have a strong entrepreneurial mindset and a vision for the long-term development and success of the restaurant.

- Customer focus: Demonstrate a high level of customer focus and service orientation to best meet the needs of park visitors.

- Flexibility: Be able to use the kitchen flexibly to cover different times of day and customer needs.
